A LETTER TO A FRIEND

It’s always hurt to see you cry
To see tears falling like rain from the sky
And there’s no answer for why
I never question myself, I never try

It’s always hurt to know there’s nothing I can do

Dear God,
I am sorry not to take the path You made
My forgiveness to obey the spoke You whisper
My apologized to ignore Your prohibition
I am sorry to travel alone without Your guide

I runway from my life

5 Bahan Alami Mengatasi Jerawat

Masalah jerawat adalah masalah semua orang. Dalam mencegah dan mengatasi jerawat, perawatan kulit memegang peranan penting. Beberapa bahan herbal Indonesia cukup banyak yang dapat bermanfaat untuk merawat kulit untuk mencegah dan mengatasi jerawat.

Bahan-bahan herbal ini telah diteliti dapat berfungsi sebagai anti bakteri, anti peradangan, mengurangi aktivitas kelenjar minyak dan mempercepat penyembuhan luka bekas jerawat, antara lain:

1. Kunyit. Bahan aktif dalam kunyit yaitu curcumin ternyata menunjukkan aktivitas anti peradangan, anti oksidan dan mempercepat penyembuhan luka karena jerawat yang pecah.
2. Manggis. Kulit buah manggis mengandung banyak bahan aktif yang dapat berfungsi sebagai anti peradangan, anti bakteri dan anti oksidan.

3. Pepaya.

Pepaya mengandung enzim papain yang mampu menghilangkan sel kulit mati. Perawatan masker daging buah pepaya dapat mengurangi jerawat, dan memperbaiki kulit kasar.

4. Temulawak.

Bahan aktif dalam temulawak memiliki efek anti peradangan dan anti bakteri.

5. Tea Tree.

Minyak daun tea tree memiliki efek anti bakteri. Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan efek spesifik anti bakteri yang khusus menyebabkan jerawat. Dosis yang dapat digunakan adalah 5-15% larutan, 2 kali sehari.

Banyak bahan-bahan herbal yang diduga dapat berperan dalam perawatan kulit, namun masih memerlukan penelitian lebih lanjut. Untuk itu, pastikanlah Anda teliti dalam menggunakan produk-produk kesehatan kulit.

Perawatan kulit yang baik dan tekun akan menunjang usaha pencegahan dan pengobatan jerawat. Awet Muda Dengan Tempe

Tempe memiliki kandungan isoflavon yang kaya yang terbukti mampu menghambat proses penuaan dini khususnya untuk wanita menjelang masa menopause.

Hal ini diperkuat dengan riset yang dilakukan staf pengajar Fakultas Kedokteran Undip Semarang, DR. dr. Prasetyowati, Sp.KK. yang menguji sekitar 30 responden wanita yang diminta mengkonsumsi kapsul berisi ekstrak isoflavon kedelai tempe selama tiga bulan.

Dari hasil yang dicatat, ternyata kulit mereka lebih kenyal dibandingkan dengan responden yang tidak diberi ekstrak isoflavon. Menurut Prasetyowati hormon ekstrogen dalam isoflavon kedelai bisa menghambat penuaan. Selain itu mengkonsumsi kedelai untuk menjaga kecantikan selain murah juga aman, dibanding bahan kimiawi yang menjanjikan hasil cepat namun berisiko.

Dokter yang meraih penghargaan atas penelitiannya ini menyarankan kaum hawa agar menggunakan bahan alami sebagai resep menjaga badan tetap sehat dan cantik di usia paruh baya. Menurutnya wanita paruh baya setiap hari paling tidak membutuhkan 50-100 miligram isoflavon. Bila setiap 60 gram tempe mengandung 10 mg isoflavon, maka perempuan pada usia senja harus lebih banyak mengonsumsi tahu dan tempe. Sepotong tempe mengandung berbagai unsur bermanfaat, seperti karbohidrat, lemak, protein, serat, vitamin, enzim, daidzein, genisten, serta komponen antibakteri bermanfaat untuk kesehatan.

Virus Zika Dan Serba Serbinya

Virus zika saat ini sedang menghebohkan dunia. Hal ini disebabkan karena virus zika ini sedang banyak terjadi di Brazil dan penyebaran virus zika ini menjadi suatu kekhawatiran tersendiri.

Pasalnya, jika virus zika menginfeksi ibu yang sedang hamil, maka ibu hamil tersebut berpotensi melahirkan bayi dengan mikrosefali, atau bayi lahir dengan kepala yang kecil dan perkembangan otak yang tidak sempurna.

Hingga saat ini, belum ada penyembuhan untuk mikrosefali pada anak. Anak yang mengalami kondisi mikrosefali biasanya juga akan mengalami gangguan perkembangan, kejang, dan anomali pada wajah.

Virus Zika, Apa itu?

Berdasarkan data World Health Organization (WHO), virus Zika pertama kali ditemukan pada monyet di Uganda pada tahun 1947. Sedangkan virus zika pada manusia ditemukan di Uganda dan Tanzania pada tahun 1952.

Sama halnya seperti demam berdarah, virus Zika disebabkan oleh penularan dari nyamuk Aedes. Nyamuk yang menggigit orang yang sudah terinfeksi dapat menularkannya ke orang lain.

Virus Zika, apa saja gejalanya?

Kebanyakan orang yang mengalami infeksi virus Zika tidak mengalami gejala khusus yang terjadi. Namun beberapa orang, yakni 1/4 dari orang yang terinfeksi, dapat mengalami:

• Gejala demam
• Ruam kemerahan
• Nyeri kepala
• Nyeri sendi
• Mata merah
• Lemah dan lesu.

Gejala akibat virus Zika tersebut berlangsung selama 2-7 hari. Gejala yang timbul biasanya akan dimulai sejak 3-12 hari setelah digigit nyamuk yang menularkan virus ini. Namun demikian, infeksi virus Zika sendiri biasanya tidak akan berdampak fatal pada orang dewasa, ataupun pada anak-anak.

Virus Zika, bagaimana cara menanganinya?

Tidak ada terapi atau penanganan khusus yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi infeksi virus Zika. Jika terinfeksi virus ini, penanganan yang dilakukan hampir sama dengan penanganan akibat infeksi dari virus lainnya, yaitu dengan melakukan banyak istirahat, mengonsumsi minum air putih yang cukup, dan melakukan terapi simtomatik guna mengurangi nyeri dan demam.
